Payments:
Example with voucher for $3027.00 (All utilities included.)
$3027 – 1 month hold.
$9081 – 3 months early payment.
Landlord receives approx. $12,108.00 on the day tenant is give keys
Landlord received $3027 each month going forward till leas expires.
Landlord receives approx. $40,000 in 12 months.
Landlord can schedule for direct despot payments.
Can the payment increase over time?
End of year occurs when lease is scheduled to expire.
Landlord can apply to have voucher amount increased.

Tenant’s responsibility:
– Tenant needs to do recertification. Within 3-6 months of rental.
– Tenant does not have to tell land lord about recertification information.
– HRA Recertification process is done online.
– Tenant should create account online. ACCESS HRA: https://a069-access.nyc.gov/accesshra/
Only if the landlord do direct depost is when they get confirmation of payment.
– How do I change to direct deposit.
Is there a way to find out if payment is coming early.
