Thought process behind resume addition design:
Job is to provide customer service to one customer at a time. Each customer purchases at least 1 component. That component can have different customizations (products in store). This is generic to apply to all industries. For example. In car sales you deal with customer service for one customer at a time. If that customer is looking to purchase a car (component), that car can have different customizations (products in car). Apply concepts to any industry and sell yourself up. Even the design of the store. columns (A,B,C,D,E) row, (A1, B2, etc). Layout designed for ease of use and accurate location of products. (think applying concepts to a job at Amazon)
Job intervice quick tips:
Focus discussion of apply principles learned from job to what you want to do especially if new opportunity is a step up.
If you can describe it to sell candy you can describe it to sell cars. Show how concepts apply in both industries.
Your goal is to show them who you will be to them. Expect that you will require training. Say you have learned these basic principles at current jobs and look forward to the training that would help you apply them there.
SERVICENOW: It’s an application in your login. Learn it, a lot of companies use it. It can help you get interviews.
- Ask management to let you open a ticket for something that’s broken so you can learn to create, and update a ticket.
